The PACamp is a Full Day Camp, offering a flexible 2 through 8 week options.

Welcome to Progressive Athletic Camp!
Campers have the opportunity to register for a minimum of 2 to 8 weeks of camp fun! When registering, choose your weeks and feel free to add on more weeks as the fun continues. Take a look at our weeks available, rate per week breakdown, tuition, deposit requirements and discounts!

Payment Cycle
Here is the breakdown of pay in full and payment plan options. When paying in full from February 1st through May 30th, a 5% discount is applied. For payment plans, a 25% deposit is required in the months of February and March to secure your spot. Registering in the months of April and May require a 50% deposit to secure your spot. Register in June at full price. All payment plans must be completed by June 1st. Talk with our director about what payment plan timeline works best for you.

Discounts
We are so excited to offer discounts to groups strongly affiliated with the PAC. PAC members from Fall 2025 through Spring 2026 are afforded a discount for the whole family. The Progressive Athletic Camp is teamed up with Storm Marketing and their affiliation with St. John's University Alumni, former Hillcrest families joining us for a new and vibrant summer season and of course our neighbors on Marcus Ave and Beyond, Northwell Health employees.

Discounts are not applied to the deposit amount. All discounts will be applied to the second payment made.

*One discount can be applied per family. The PAC will ensure that the highest discount possible will be applied to camp tuition amounts.

PACamp x PACenter Benefits
Fall 2026-2027 Credit Timeline

In conjunction with discounts off the camp tuition, the PACamp is offering a complimentary $50 credit to all campers registered, to be applied in the Fall 2026-2027 season. This credit can be used for our various PAC programs, PAC Birthday Parties and so much more.

Must be applied and used within the September 1st, 2026 to January 31st, 2027 range. Credit application cannot be applied to programs from Feb 1st, 2027 through Aug 31st, 2028.
Drop-Off Options
The PAC is eager to share with you that early drop off from 8:00-8:30am and late pick up from 4:00-6:00pm can be chosen weekly throughout the number of sessions you are registered for. The PAC has always strived to be flexible and accommodating to changing schedules, and for that reason we have decided on a week by week basis. Choose either early drop-off or late pick up or choose both and let the PACamp start and finish your child’s day in the trusted hands of PACamp counselors.

​Week Additions or Reductions
Can you change the number of weeks you signed up for?

Yes! PAC Families can change their enrolled weeks at minimum 1 week before the intended selected week. Please be considerate that bussing, staffing and resources are based on how many campers are signed up weekly. Keep the PAC informed!

Families are permitted a minimum of 2 weeks enrollment. Choose any 2 weeks of the summer. If campers are unable to attend a their 2nd week, there is no reimbursement for that week. Please see our cancellation policy below.
​No Tipping Policy
Progressive Athletic Camp’s No Tipping Policy + Counselor Bonuses:
The PAC prides itself on being a place of progress and improvement. With 50 years of experience in training and developing sports coaches into educated, compassionate and strategic teachers, we know a GREAT leader when we see one!

The PACenter has a proven evaluation system that our lead coaches and directors implement during the course of our seasons to ensure the readiness of coaches and counselors for your kids.

With a PACamp funded incentive of $150 to $350 bonus available for every counselor on top of their salary, we are invested in their progress from start to end. Counselors will receive feedback from their direct supervisors who guide and mentor them daily

We ask you to send us a confidential evaluation on our staff during the summer, which ensures that we have on-going feedback on how you think our staff is doing.
​Tuition Payments

All campers must be paid in full by June 1st

Payments that are made in full, enjoy a 5% discount

1 discount applied per family (between alumni/member discounts to pay in full discount, one discount applies per family)​

Payment plans are available, with the final payment set date of June 1st.

A deposit of 25% of the tuition per child is required at the first payment during the months of February and March

The consecutive months will require 50% of tuition paid by April 1st and 100% by June 1st​

The consecutive months will require 75% of tuition by May 1st and 100% by June 1st.​

Forms of payment accepted are credit/debit card (incur a 3% fee), check, and cash.

A credit card is required on file regardless of preferred form of payment.

Check and cash tuitions must be received by the set payment plan due dates, otherwise the card on file will be charged automatically.

Checks are made payable to “Progressive Athletic Camp"

There are no extra costs or hidden fees beyond payment for the session you choose.
​Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations are fully refundable through June 1st (or 30 days after enrollment, whichever is later)

All enrollments are final and non-refundable on June 2nd.

Deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days after payment

The $150 Administrative Fee is also fully refundable within 30 days of enrollment.

There are no makeup days and no tuition credits will be given for camp closings, absences, transportation delays, withdrawals or terminations.

PACamp works in close connection with many day and sleep away camps and we are committed to being consistent with their policies.
​Ages 4 to 11 Years Old

The PACamp is excited to invite kids ages 4 to 11 years old. Children entering 1st grade and children entering 5th grade for the Fall 2026 school year are our main parameters for camp ages. This ensures quality and peak interest levels for these age groups to engage with the activities we have in store for them.

​Lunch

Pack your kids a hearty lunch to fuel them throughout their fun PAC’d day. Lunch time is a crucial time for bonding and creating relationships, we are excited to see what family lunch recipes come through our doors. Peanut-free foods are definite, we are committed to the health and safety of all campers and counselors with food sensitivities. Please inform the director and counselors of any food or environmental sensitivities to ensure the safety of all campes.
​Canteen

There aren’t many things that bring kids together more than snacks! The PACamp will have canteen time where they can buy something from the myriad of options of snacks and drinks from the vending machine as well as PACamp merch. Canteen can turn any slightly hangry camper into a happy one. Provide your camper with $2 to $5 for canteen, happening 2x's a week. We are excited to offer this option!
